Refused parcels and returns
Since payment happens at delivery, the simplest way not to keep an order is to turn it down when it arrives.
Cancel on the call
As long as the order has not left, just tell the advisor on the confirmation call. Nothing ships and nothing is charged.
Turn the parcel down
If the parcel arrives and you no longer want it, you can turn it down in front of the delivery rider. You pay nothing and the parcel goes back to the distributor.
Check that the wrapping is closed and undamaged before you pay.
Products already paid for
Once paid for and opened, a dietary supplement cannot be resold, so it cannot be returned or swapped for another product.
If the parcel arrives damaged or with a different product from the one you confirmed, email contacto@silunda.com with your name and the mobile number of the order.
