Getting in touch with Silunda

There are two ways to talk to us: the advisor's call after each order, and email at contacto@silunda.com.

For any question, before or after ordering, write to contacto@silunda.com. If it is about an order you already placed, add the product and the mobile number you entered in the form so we find it right away.

We reply by email, usually within one or two working days.

The advisor's call

We do not have a helpline number to call. The phone is used by the advisor to call you after each order, and on that call you can ask whatever you need.
